The conference scientific committee reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference in the following cases:

• If the paper is not presented at the conference or if its quality and findings are not well explored and convincing, the scientific committee will review it together with all accepted papers.
• Any accepted paper without presenting the work will be withdrawn from the conference proceedings and will neither be submitted to the publishing company nor included in the proceedings.
